Yeni İthalat Bildirim Sistemi Hakkında
According to the rules related to 5392 numbered law, the necessary regulations were done about not giving electronic communication service for lost, fugitive, stolen equipments, and in Authority's CEIR the equipments that IMEI number changed.
This regulation will prevent usage of non-registered mobile phones and by the way tax loss, also prevent many mobile phone users to be submitted hijacking and the automation of processes about importation will be established. By the way, separation of legal and illegal equipments that enter our country can be done.
Also has brought engagement to operators about not giving electronic communication service to lost, fugitive, stolen equipments and the equipments IMEI has changed in Telecommunication Authority's database that will be established. For these equipments not connecting to electronic communication service, necessary regulations has done by Authority and operators and by completing CEIR-EIR connections application process has started.
After starting the application process, for handling problems and completing the deficiency of the system, Authority and GSM operators gathered, held meetings, and long ways has stepped about taking necessary precautions.
Beside there are similar systems in the world, first and uniquely, the established system has property of blocking the non-registered and fugitive mobile phones. By the way, it is aimed at preventing not only stolen phones market and also the fugitive mobile phones causing tax loss and causing unfair competition in the sector. For system's working fast and efficient, parallel working many systems gathered, high operated big system occurred. With this system, created for special aims, millions of data can be evaluated truely and fast. 26/12/2019
İthalatçı IMEI Kayıt Ücreti

..2014 yılında İthalatçı Firmalar tarafından Toplu İthalat Yöntemi ile Getirilen Cihazlara uygulanacak IMEI Kayıt Ücreti 46 Kuruş olarak belirlendi.Elektronik Kimlik Bilgisini Haiz Cihazların Kayıt Altına Alınmasına Dair Tebliğin Kayıt ücreti başlıklı 15 inci maddesinde "Kayıt edilecek her bir IMEI numarası için alınacak kayıt ücreti; her yıl Maliye Bakanlığınca belirlenen yeniden değerleme oranları doğrultusunda artırılır. Kesirler tama iblağ edilir." hükmü yer almaktadır.Bu çerçevede; 01.01.2014 tarihinden itibaren toplu ithalat yöntemi ile getirilerek kayıt altına alınması talep edilen her bir IMEI için yatırılması gereken IMEI kayıt ücreti 46 Kuruş olarak belirlenmiştir.IMEI Kayıt Ücretinin Yatırılacağı Banka Hesabı IBAN NumarasıIMEI kayıt ücretinin yatırılacağı Halk Bankası Anıt Şubesi Mobil Cihaz Kurumsal Tahakkuk (KU TA)hesabına ilişkin olarak IBAN numarası TR28 0001 2009 4110 0005 0000 32 şeklindedir, önemle duyurulur.

Satış / Değişim / Test Amaçlı Cihazlar Hakkında Duyuru
.12/07/2014 tarihli ve 29058 sayılı Elektronik Kimlik Bilgisini Haiz Cihazların Kayıt Altına Alınmasına Dair Tebliğ'in 8 inci maddesinde yer alan hükümler kapsamında 01/01/2017 tarihinden itibaren gümrük beyannamesi "Kalem 44 Nolu Alan" kısmında cihazların "Satış/Değişim/Test Amaçlı Cihaz" olduğuna dair ibarenin yer alması gerekmektedir, önemle duyurulur.

EElektronik Kimlik Bilgisini Haiz Cihazların Kayıt Altına Alınmasına Dair Yönetmelik ve Tebliğ kapsamında, 20/09/2021 tarihi itibari ile Mobil Cihaz Kayıt Sistemi Toplu ithalat bildirimi yeni sistemi devreye alınacaktır. Bu sistem ile; Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafında bildirimleri yapılan ve işlemleri biten başvurular için gümrük beyanname numarası ile sisteme başvuru yapılacaktır.
