Notification Regarding Declarations Made Under the IMEI Registration Service on e-Devlet
Through the IMEI Registration service offered via e-Devlet, applications made by declaring IMEI numbers in the IMEI-1 and IMEI-2 fields have been subject to technical review by our institution. During these reviews, it has been determined that in some applications, the declared first and second IMEI numbers do not belong to the same mobile phone. In line with this, for such registrations, the first IMEI number will remain open (registered) for communication services, while the second IMEI number, which has been determined to belong to a different mobile phone, will be excluded from registration. After being kept open for communication services for one hundred and twenty (120) days, it will be closed.

IMEI Registration Fee for 2026 Determined!
In Article 11, titled "Registration Fee" of the Communiqué on the Registration of Devices with Electronic Identity Information, it is stated that the registration fee to be paid for the IMEI numbers of imported or manufactured devices to be registered will be recalculated every year in line with the revaluation rate determined by the Ministry of Finance. The provision also stipulates that fractions will be rounded up in the calculations. In this context, starting from 01.01.2026, the IMEI registration fee to be paid for each IMEI requested to be registered is set at 9.20 TRY.

IMEI Registration Fee for 2025 Determined!
In Article 11, titled "Registration Fee" of the Communiqué on the Registration of Devices with Electronic Identity Information, it is stated that the registration fee to be paid for the IMEI numbers of imported or manufactured devices to be registered will be recalculated every year in line with the revaluation rate determined by the Ministry of Finance. The provision also stipulates that fractions will be rounded up in the calculations. In this context, starting from 01.01.2025, the IMEI registration fee to be paid for each IMEI requested to be registered is set at 7.33 TRY.
